The Restora Collective is a warm, residential home in Durham, NC for medically stable adults who need a calm, prepared place to stay before returning home.

PostStay™ is the referral and placement gateway for The Restora Collective — the secure pathway hospitals and care teams use for admissions.

Our guests include:

  • Adults recovering from planned procedures

  • Veterans receiving care through the Durham VA

  • Adults traveling to Durham for oncology treatment

  • Daily Morning Home Environment Check | A light, non-medical visit focused on the home environment — ensuring the space is set, stocked, and working smoothly for your day.

  • Quiet Shared Spaces | Areas arranged for stillness, reading, or quiet moments.

  • Temperature & Comfort Aids | Extra blankets, heating pads, and portable fans available to all guests.

  • Guest Welcome Kit | A signature Restora package provided on arrival.

  • Sleep Support Package | Soft lighting options, herbal teas, and light-blocking essentials to encourage better rest.

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Laundry service (weekly or bi-weekly) | Guest may elect third-party laundry pick-up and drop-off services.

  • Companion visits (optional, third-party service) | Non-medical sitter or companion time arranged through an outside agency.

  • Transportation Coordination | Assistance connecting guests with third-party transportation.

  • The Restora Collective offers private, all-inclusive room for adults recovering after hospitalization or needing a calm environment before returning home.

  • Rates are based on room type, length of stay, and optional add-ons.

    Exact pricing is provided during the inquiry process and remain consistent for the full duration of the stay.

  • Most guests stay between 30-60 days.

  • Comfortable in a shared-home environment (same-house, private-room model)

Restora is a non-medical residential stay. We do not provide personal care, ADL assistance, or medical services.
